碱性低烟尘J507DF焊条的研制

摘    要:针对J507焊条TiO2-CaO-SiO2-CaF2渣系,进行了药皮渣系及合金系统对焊条发尘量和工艺性能影响的研究,认为在保证焊接工艺性能基础上,适当提高TiO2和铁粉含量,降低CaF2含量,同时加入硅钙合金,可以获得较低的焊条发尘量.研制出的J507DF焊条发尘量为9.13g/kg,焊接工艺性能优良,其他技术指标满足国家标准要求.

Abstract:Through analyzing the slag of TiO2-CaO-SiO2-CaF2 of basic electrode J507, the influence of the slag and alloy system on fume and wdding procedure was studied. The result showed that basic low fume electrode was obtained through increasing TiO2 and Fe powder,reducing CaF2 and adding Si-Ca alloy to the slag on the basis of guaranteeing welding procedure. The JSO7DF is a new class basic electrode with unique total mount of fume 9.13 g/kg and good welding procedure. Furthermore, other properties meet the national standard for the electrode.
