摘    要:采用GC/MS联用技术分离出甲基异丁基酮产品中6个杂质峰。将标准图谱库,质量色谱图等手段结合起来鉴定出7种杂质,并用标样,双柱对部分GC/MS的结果进行了证实,为产品质量控制提供依据。

Abstract:Gas chromatography/mass spctrometry (GC/MS) hyphenated technology was used to separate and identify impurities in methyl isobutyl ketone(MIBK). Hydrocarbon impurities were well separated on HP-5 capillary column and then identified by MS. The low boiling point oxycompounds such as acetone and isopropanol were coelueted from the column but positive identification on foe individual compound was still achievable with scan by scan search and mass chromatograph. The GC analysis of the sample by a more polar HP - 20m column confirmed the above identification. The results show the GC/MS technolo- gy is a more rapid, accurate method for separation and identification of MIBK system.
