| 摘 要： | 从国内高校图书馆馆藏状况出发,分析了文献资源建设中存在的不足和主要缺陷。以国家图书馆规程为依据,阐述了特色馆藏体系建设的目的和意义。提出了黑龙江中医药大学图书馆建立特色馆藏体系应考查黑龙江文化历史的特殊性及影响因素和特色馆藏的内涵等,从深入挖掘本校资源,加强与社会合作,争取国内外机构的资助,开展馆际互借、原文传递,加强与出版社或书商的合作与交流等五个方面对特色馆藏体系建设方法和途径进行了一定的探讨。
