陕北浅埋煤层群工作面顺槽支护设计

摘    要:以陕北某煤矿1403采煤工作面为背景,对不同埋深及煤层间距条件下采取3种不同的顺槽支护方案。应用FLAC数值模拟软件建立相应的计算模型,分析了支护前后浅埋煤层开采引起的顺槽应力场及围岩变形,结合现场监测结果进行分析,得到浅埋煤层工作面顺槽围岩变形规律。现场试验表明:针对顺槽不同区段采取的相应支护方案可行,保证了顺槽巷道围岩的稳定,满足了该煤矿安全生产的需要。

Abstract:Taking 1403 coal face of a mine in northern Shaanxi as background,three different support schemes of crossheading are put forward according to different buried depths and coal seam intervals.Applying FLAC simulation software,this paper establishes relevant calculating model,analyzes crossheading stress field and surrounding rock deformation caused by shallow seam mining before and after supporting,combining the result from field monitoring,the deformation laws of crossheading surrounding rocks in the shallow-buried coal seam is obtained.The field test shows that the support schemes according to the different section of crossheading is feasible,which ensures the stability of surrounding rocks of crossheading roadway,meets the requirements of safety production in the coal mine.
