静电纺丝过程中纺丝速度的计算与分析

摘    要:采用公式法和还原法分别计算静电纺丝速度,比较了2种方法的合理性。结果表明,由还原法得到的纺丝速度和加速度的变化趋势与理论受力分析结果相一致,加速度呈先上升后下降的趋势;而公式法得到的加速度呈逐渐上升趋势,与静电纺丝过程的受力分析结果背离。还原法得到的速率比值小于公式法计算得到的速率比值,还原法用于计算静电纺丝速度较为合理。

Abstract:The electrospinning velocity was calculated by formula method and reversion method.And the reasonability of these two methods was compared.The results showed that the variation trend of spinning velocity and acceleration obtained by reversion method coincided with the theoretical analysis results.The acceleration obtained by reversion method tended upward and then downward when the acceleration derived by formula method kept rising gradually,which was opposite to the theoretical force anal- ysis for electrospinning process.The velocity ratio obtained by reversion method was lower than that derived by formula method. The reversion method was a rational choice to calculate the electrospinning velocity.
