| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨残胃癌早期诊断和治疗方式.方法:总结分析12例残胃癌临床资料.结果:临床表现和胃镜检查有益于残胃癌早期诊断,行残胃癌根治术的患者预后较好.结论:定期胃镜检查是早期诊断残胃癌的关键.废胃与联合脏器切除结合R3淋巴结清扫术是治疗残胃癌的有效术式.

| Abstract: | Objective: To probe the early diagnosis and surgical treatment of gastric stump cancer. Methods: 12 patients with gastric stump cancer hospitalized in our department from 08, 1980 to 08 1997 were analyzed retrospectively. Results: The symptoms and gastroscope were beneficial to early diagnosis of gastric stump cancer. The prognosis was better for patients who had the curative resection done. Conclusion: The periodical gastroscope examination might be a key for early diagnosis of gastric stump cancer, and it might be an effective surgical treatment to remove the stomach cancer, relative organs and regional lymph node. |
