异甘草酸镁注射液治疗慢性乙型肝炎疗效研究

目的 探讨异甘草酸镁注射液在慢性乙型肝炎治疗中抗炎保肝作用.方法 120例慢性乙型肝炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,对照组采用甘利欣注射液治疗,治疗组给予异甘草酸镁注射液(商品名天晴甘美)治疗.治疗两周后观察疗效.结果 治疗组患丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、天门冬氨酸转氨酶(AST)、血清总胆红素(TBiL)的恢复速度治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.05).两组治疗过程中均未出现明显副反应.结论 异甘草酸镁治疗慢性乙型肝炎在改善肝功能指标(ALT、AST、TBiL)方面速度快,优于甘利欣.

Clinical research on treatment on chronic liver hepatitis with magnesium isoglycurrhizinate

Objective Retrospective observating the diminishing inflammation and lowering enzymatic effect with magnesium isoglycurrhizinate on chronic liver hepatitis.Methods The 60 chronic hepatitis sufferers were treated with 100 mg magnesium isoglycurrhizinate.Another 60 chronic hepatitis sufferers treated with diammonium glycyrrihizinate 150 mg were seen as control.When the treatment was over,the level of alanine aminotransferase(ALT),aspartate aminotransferase(AST)and serum total bilirubin(TBiL) of patients in two groups were analysed.Results The level of ALT,AST and TBiL dropped more rapidly than that in control groups,which has marked difference in magnesium isoglycurrhizinate and compound glycyrrhizin groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Liver function index(ALT,AST and TBiL)can be improved after treatment with magnesium isoglycurrhizinate injection fluid in chronic hepatitis sufferers.The level of ALT,AST and TBiL dropped more rapidly in magnesium isoglycurrhizinate group than that in control groups.
