基于面阵CCD的标准金属量器液位监测系统

摘    要:针对标准金属量器液位自动监测的需要,提出采用基于面阵CCD的图像测量技术开发一种非接触式的在线动态实时液位监测系统,并介绍了该系统的硬件组成与软件结构,然后就系统设计中遇到的问题与解决方案进行了详细的阐述。应用结果表明,该系统运行稳定可靠,检测精度高(±0.2mm),具有一定的实用性和推广价值。

Abstract:On the basis of the paneled CCD image measuring technology, a type of non -contacted level measurement system is developed, then the composition of hardware and the structure of software are presented. Also, the questions encountered in the process of system designing are discussed, and solutions to them are given in detail. The application shows that this system runs stably and accurately. The technology and methods adopted in the system are practical and worthy of using abroad.
