防霉毒饵对家栖鼠种的适口性试验和灭效观察

Palatability and Poisoning Test of the Anfimycotic Bait to domestic Rodents

The choice feeding tests of 0.1%,0.15%,0.2% and 0.3% preservative baits to domestic rodents were conducted in lab.The results suggested that the palatability of 0.1% preservative bait be good,and 0.15% one pretty good.Based on the results,the nochoice feeding test of 0.1% and 0.15% Cumatetralyl preserved baits were carried out.The results indicated that the palatability of the former was better than the latter, and both killing rates were 100%. The field test of 0.1% Cumatetralyl preserved baits was conducted, the results indicated that its consumption points and feeding index were 711 piles and 74.8%, and its killing rate was up to 97.20% (rodent population density decreased from 31. 70% to 0.89% according to powder patch method.)
