NR-g-(GMA-co-St)与nano-SiO_2协同增强增韧PVC的研究

摘    要:研究了甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯(GMA)/苯乙烯(St)多单体熔融接枝天然橡胶(NR)NR-g-(GMA-co-St)]与nano-SiO2协同增强增韧PVC的力学性能,并通过SEM、TG-DTG表征了改性PVC的相结构及耐热分解性能。结果表明,当NR-g-(GMA-co-St)和nano-SiO2的质量分数分别为5%和3%时,相界面的结合强度明显提高,达到较好的协同增强增韧效果;与未改性PVC相比,增强增韧PVC的缺口冲击强度和断裂拉伸强度分别提高了78.9%和50.5%,并且具有较好的耐热分解性能。

Abstract:The mechanical properties of NR-g-(GMA-co-St) and nano-SiO2 synergistic reinforce and toughen PVC were studied. The structure and heat and break down performance of composite were characterized by the SEM &TG-DTG. The results show that when the NR-g-(GMA-co-St) and nano- SiO~ mass fraction of 5% and 3%respectively,the interface strengthened greatly. Comparing with the pure PVC,impact strength and tensile strength of the composite have increased by 78.9% and 50.5% respectively,the better effect of synergistic reinforcing and toughening is achieved, and the composite has good performance of heat decomposition.
