摘    要:在矿山井下充填采用高浓度浆料管路输送和快硬高强胶凝材料胶结充填已成发展趋势情况下,管路输送系统的安全监控就成为最为关切的问题。本文介绍的矿山充填管路流态监控与灾害预防系统,通过运用管路压力感应关键设备仪器,计算机、通讯、图像处理和网络技术,将远程图像监控和报警联网系统有机的结合,有效的实施监控管路的运行状况,大大降低了充填管路的堵塞率,对促进安全生产、及时处理事故有重大意义。

Abstract:in underground mine filling with high concentration slurry pipeline transportation and fast hardening and high strength cementitious material cementing fill has become the trend in the development situation,pipeline transportation system safety monitoring has become the most concern.This paper introduces the backfilling pipeline flow monitoring and disaster prevention system,through the use of pipeline pressure induction of key equipment,computer,communications,image processing and network technology,the remote video surveillance and alarm networking system of organic union,effective implementation of monitoring pipeline operation,greatly reduces the filling pipe plugging rate,on the promotion of production safety accident,timely treatment is of great significance.
