| 摘 要： | 对新设计的一种在圆弧刃上带有前角的圆形刀片进行了切削试验研究，分析了圆弧刃刀片的切削力情况，并根据直角自由切削的试验结果，对切削力从理论计算与试验结果作了对比分析。推导出了圆弧刃刀具切削力的实用计算方法。该方法计算简单，可方便地用于现场。

| Abstract: | In this paper, cutting experimental study is made on the new designed circle insert with orghogonal rake in arc edge. The cutting force of arc edge is analysed, and accord- ing to the result of right angle free cutting experiment, the theoretical calculating and experi- mental result arer compared and analysed, thus the calculting method of cutting force of ac edge cutting is obtained. It has characteristic of simple calculating and is convenient for using in site . |
