摘    要:采用14C示踪法和分光光度法,研究甲胺磷对三角褐指藻、球等鞭金藻和盐藻在生长繁殖、光合作用速率和生化组成的生物学效应.实验结果表明,在甲胺磷的胁迫下,3种微藻的生长都受到不同程度的抑制;球等鞭金藻、三角褐指藻和盐藻的72hEC50分别为43.0、15.5和12.5mg/L.甲胺磷对3种藻类光合作用速率和对球等鞭金藻细胞内的碳水化合物、脂类及蛋白质含量的影响有显著的差别

Abstract:Biological effects of methamidophos on growth, photosynthetic rate and biochemical composition of Phaeodactylum tricornutum, Isochrysis galbana and Dunaliella salina were studied by spectrophotometry and 14 C tracer method. The experimental results indicated that growth of the three species of microalgae was inhibited to some extent under the coercion of methamidophos. The 72hE 50 of Isochrysis galbana, Phaeodactylum tricornutum and Dunaliella salina are 43.0, 15.5 and 12.5 mg/L, respectively. There are notable differences between the influences of methamidophos on photosynthetic rates of the three species of microalgae as well as the contents of carbohydrate, lipid and protein in Isochrysis galbana .
