病理性瘢痕发病机制研究进展

摘    要:病理性瘢痕是人类真皮内特有的纤维代谢性疾病,以过量的纤维化和胶原蛋白沉积为特征,其发病机制复杂。成纤维细胞、肥大细胞、某些细胞因子在病理性瘢痕发病过程中起重要的作用。近年又发现病理性瘢痕组织中缝隙连接细胞间通讯受到抑制或阻断。缝隙连接可促进伤口愈合,尤其是胶原的成熟,它在病理性瘢痕中的作用将是今后的研究热点。

Abstract:Pathological scar is a specific metabolic disease of human intracutaneous fiber.which is characterized by excessive fibrosis and collagen deposition.The pathogenesis of pathological scar is extremely complicated.Fibroblasts,mast cells and some cytokines may play great important roles in forming pathological scar.Recently,it is reported that gap junctional intercellular communication channel is inhibited or interdicted in pathological scar tissue.Gap junction can accelerate wound healing and espexially collagen maturation,whose effect in pathological scar will be the hot spot in future study.
