| Abstract: | In recent years, accidents in safety frequent in railway construction, for which one of the root causes is the unreasonableness of the scale of investment in safety and the investment orientation. This article makes an exploration of the problem of investment in safety of railway construction projects to provide reference tothe railway engineering cost reform. |
