| 摘 要： | 水资源配置不仅关系到当地的生态系统安全,也关系到水资源的可持续利用。根据水资源优化配置的理论与方法,建立了徒骇马颊河流域水资源优化配置系统模型,进行基准年和规划水平年供需平衡分析,并提出了该流域水资源优化配置方案,这将对流域水资源的可持续利用和经济社会的和谐发展具有一定的现实意义。

| Abstract: | Water resources allocation not only relate the security of the local ecosystem, but also relate the sustainable utilization of water resources. According to the theories and methods for the optimal allocation of the water resources, the article establishes the systematic model for the optimal allocation of the water resources in Tuhai Majia Basin, carried out the analyses on the balance of the water resources supply and demand in the datum year and the plan year, and gives the scheme of the water resources optimal allocation, which will give a positive influence to the sustainable Utilization of the water resources in the basin and the harmonious development of the economic society. |
