摘    要:介绍了恒邦股份公司采用火法锑氧化锅氧化吹炼生产锑白产品,氧化锅生产过程中,因氧化锅熔液表面容易产生一种黑油状氧化渣,俗称“黑油”,覆盖在熔液表面,因没有较为实用的方法用于黑油的除去,不仅增加了员工劳动强度,而且因去除不及时,严重影响了氧化锅吹炼表面积,影响了氧化锅生产效率及锑白产品质量;针对此问题,通过实验研究,最终提出采用试剂硼砂能及时有效的对氧化锅表面黑油渣进行粘附去除,该方法存在操作简单、粘附黑油渣能力强、效率高、没有二次污染等有点,具有较高的应用推广价值。

Abstract:This paper introduces the production of antimony trioxide products by oxidation and blowing of antimony oxidation pot in Shandong Humon Smelting Co.Ltd.in the production process of oxidation pot,a kind of black oil like oxide slag,commonly known as"black oil",is easy to be produced on the molten surface of oxidation pot.Because there is no more practical method for the removal of black oil,not only the labor intensity of employees is increased,but also the removal is not timely,which seriously affects the production of antimony trioxide products.The blowing surface area of the oxidation pot affects the production efficiency of the oxidation pot and the quality of antimony trioxide products.In view of this problem,through experimental research,it is finally proposed that the reagent borax can effectively and timely remove the black oil residue on the surface of the oxidation pot.This method has some advantages,such as simple operation,strong ability to adhere the black oil residue,high efficiency,no secondary pollution,etc.,which has high application and promotion value.
