水润滑陶瓷滑动轴承的研究

摘    要:通过水润滑陶瓷滑动轴承的台架实验,即分别对Si3N4轴套/SiC轴颈、SiC轴套/SiC轴颈、SiC轴套/Si3N4轴颈组成的滑动轴承,在水润滑条件下的承载情况进行对比和验证得知,Si3N4轴套/SiC轴颈不能进行热匹配,SiC轴套/Si3N4轴颈可以进行热匹配但摩擦副性能一般,SiC轴套/SiC轴颈的热匹配性能最好,且在水润滑条件下体现出最佳的摩擦磨损性能,因此得出在大直径、大功率、高转速的条件下,水润滑陶瓷径向滑动轴承的最佳摩擦副组合是SiC/SiC的结论。此外,为解决结构上应力集中带来的一系列问题,针对陶瓷材料的特性,提出一种全包容陶瓷滑动轴承结构,提高了陶瓷滑动轴承使用的安全性和可靠性。

Abstract:Presents detailed comparison about frictional characteristics of such friction pairs as Si_3N_4 axile bush/SiC axle journal,SiC axile bush/Si_3N_4 axle journal,SiC axile bush/SiC axle journal by means of the bench test on water-lubricated ceramic sliding bearing.The theory is gained that Si_3N_4 axile bush/SiC axle journal cannot match with each other for the coefficient of thermal expansion and SiC axile bush/SiC axle journal is the most suitable fiction pair with perfect capability to complete water-lubrication,especially in the condition of major diameter,high power and high speed.In addition,considering the ceramic characteristics,a compatible structure is designed to solve the problems caused by stress concentration.Thus the safety and reliability is improved.
