| 摘 要： | 目的通过对多种自发性气胸的临床表现采用不同的治疗方法,达到治愈。方法对我院2003年至2007年收治200例气胸患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果保守治疗25例,胸腔闭式引流175例,气胸长期不愈合10例,应用胸腔镜治疗,1例死亡。结论自发性气胸为常见多发病,有多种原因引起,针对不同情况选取不同治疗,胸腔闭式引流目前为首选、可靠、简单的治疗方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze the clinical characteristics of spontaneous pneumothorax for rational treatment.Methods 200 cases of spontaneous pneumothorax in last 4 years were reviewed and analyzed and compared.Results 25 cases were treated by conservative method.175 cases were treated by closed thoracic drainage.10 cases that couldn't heal for long time were treated by thoracoscopes and 1 case was died.Conclusions The spontaneous pneumothorax could be cured by proper measures according to thedifferent clinical characteristics.The closed thoracic drainage is the preferred and reliable and simple treatment method currently. |
