摘    要:以硅胶负载硅钨酸(H4SiW12O40/硅胶)作催化剂,对以乙醇、正丁醇、正戊醇、异戊醇和丙酸为原料合成丙酸系列酯的反应条件进行了研究.实验表明,H4SiW12O40/硅胶是合成丙酸系列酯的良好催化剂.通过正交试验研究了酸醇物质的量比、催化剂用量、带水剂用量、反应时间等因素对酯收率的影响,得合成丙酸系列酯的最佳反应条件...

Abstract:H4SiW12O40/ silica gel was used as catalyst for the esterification of propionie acid with ethanol, n - butanol, n - amyl alcohol and iso - amyl alcohol. The effects of the molar ratio of alcohol to propionic acid, the amount of the catalyst, and the reaction time on the yield of ester were investigated. Suitable conditions for synthesizing propionates were obtained as follows : molar ratio of propionie acid to alcohol 1 : 1.3,the mass ratio of the catalyst based on the reactants O. 80%, and the reaction time 75 miniutes. Under this conditions, the yield of ethyl propionate was 46.1%, n -butyl propionate 82.3%, n -amyl propionate 84.4% and iso - amyl propionate 76.4% .
