摘    要:合理的公差分配是降低生产成本和保证产品性能的关键.首先将混沌算法引入到Alopex算法的初始化过程,然后基于群体差异度对退火温度进行了改进,提出了改进的Alopex算法.其次,尝试将所提出的算法用于求解公差分配优化问题.最后将改进的Alopex算法与遗传算法在铰链装配组件的公差设计问题上进行了性能比较,优化结果表明了改进的Alopex算法的有效性.
