腹部超声与阴道超声及联合检测在异位妊娠诊断中的对比分析

目的：探讨用何种方法能够提高异位妊娠早期诊断率.方法：根据不同的检查方法分为3组进行对比分析.结果：阴道超声对异位妊娠的检出率为92.3％,腹部超声的检出率为76.5％,两种方法联合检测的检出率为100.0％.阴道超声对异位妊娠的诊断率明显高于腹部超声,且确诊时间较腹部超声早.结论：阴道超声对异位妊娠的诊断率明显高于腹部超声,两种方法联合检测能有效提高检出率.

Comparative analysis of the joint detection of abdominal ultrasound and vaginal ultrasound in the diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy

Objective. To investigate the ways to improve the early diagnostic rate of ectopic pregnancy. Methods： Patients were divided into three groups for comparative analysis according to the different inspection methods. Results. The detection rate of vaginal ultrasonography in ectopic pregnancy is 92.3%, 76.5% for abdominal ultrasound, and 100. 0% for the two methods combined. The diagnostic rate of vaginal ultrasonography in ectopic pregnancy was obviously higher than that of the abdominal ultrasound, and the diagnostic time was shorter. Conclusion. The diagnostic rate of vaginal ultrasonography in ectopic pregnancy was obviously higher than that of the abdominal ultrasound, and the two methods combined can effectively improve the detection rate.
