| Abstract: | Hepcidin is a polypeptide expressed and secreted by the hepatic cells. The expression of hepcidin can be influenced by many factors. Recent research has confirmed that the abnormal level of hepcidin is closely related to many diseases. The author reviews regulation of hepcidin expres sion, the latest research progress and its relationship with diseases. |
