Abstract:Food Toxicology is a high practical subject. In order to improve the quality of experimental teaching,as well as to train the students with creative abilities and comprehensive quality,teaching reform is introduced from three aspects such as the optimizing experiment contents,the improving teaching methods and the reforming examination methods and it has acquired better teaching effect.
