Vancouver B1型股骨假体周围骨折的治疗

目的 探讨钛缆钢板或记忆合金环抱器内固定治疗Vancouver B1型股骨假体周围骨折的疗效.方法手术治疗21例Vancouver B1型股骨假体周围骨折患者,12例采用钛缆钢板内固定,9例采用记忆合金环抱内固定器内固定.随访记录患者的患髋功能恢复情况.结果 21例均获随访,时间12-24个月,骨折均愈合.术后12个月时患者功能均基本恢复到伤前正常状态.结论钛缆钢板及记忆合金环抱器治疗Vancouver B1型股骨假体周围骨折早期髋关节功能恢复均较好,临床疗效均满意.

Operation treatment for Vancouver B1 type periprosthetic femur fracture

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effects of two methods to treat Vancouver B1 type periprosthetic femur fracture with cable and plate or Shape-memory arm-encircling fixator. Methods A total of 21 Vancouver B1 type periprosthetic femur fracture were treated by one of these methods：cable and plate（ 12 cases）and Shape-memory arm-encircling fixator（9 cases）. All the patients were followed up and recorded the functional recovery. Results All cases were followed up for 12 -24 months, and all cases reached union. The functional reeovery achieved the normal level before they injury in 12 months after the surgery. Conclusions Cable and plate and Shape-memory arm-encircling fixator are good way to treat Vancouver B1 type periprosthetic femur fracture. They can get good recovery function in the early postoperative stage.
