| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨无张力腹股沟疝修补术与传统腹股沟疝修补术在老年患者中应用的疗效。方法 老年患者84例．随机分为两组．分别施行疝环充填式无张力修补术和传统腹股沟疝修补术．并随访2年。结果 无张力腹股沟疝修补术具有手术时间短，术后疼痛轻、恢复快、并发症少及复发率低等优点。结论 无张力腹股沟疝修补术符合腹股沟管的解剖结构和生理需要．老年患者尤为适用。

| Abstract: | Objective To compare tension-free repair and traditional hernia repair of inguinal hernia in the elderly patients. Methods During the period from 2000 to 2001.84 aged patients of scheduled for repair of inguinal hernia were randomized to tension-free repair or traditional hernia repair. The patients were followed up for two years. Results Teitsion-free repair of inguinal hernia was a simple procedure causing less trauma and operative time, fewer complications and recurrence. Conclusion Tension-free repair of inguinal hernia is superior to traditional hernia repair in the elderly patients. |
