| 摘 要： | 采用热泵闪蒸汽提脱氨技术建成一套催化剂废水氨氮处理装置,运行结果表明,在汽提温度(90~100) ℃和进料量(70~120) m3·h-1条件下,可以将废水氨氮由大于2 000 mg·L-1脱至小于8 mg·L-1,具有脱氨效率高、运行成本低和综合效益好的特点,在国内高氨氮废水处理技术中处于先进水平。

| Abstract: | A set of catalyst wastewater treatment unit for ammonia removal by heat-pump flash steam stripping process was built.The results of running showed that when stripping temperature was (90-100) ℃ and inlet amount was (70-120) m3·h-1 ,ammonia of wastewater could be reduced to less than 8 mg·L-1 from more than 2 000 mg·L-1.It's an advanced technology of high ammonia wastewater treatment in China and has the characteristics of high ammonia removal efficiency,low operating cost and better comprehensive benefits. |
