内蒙古非物质文化遗产保护现状分析

内蒙古非物质文化遗产保护工作已经走过了十几个年头,在中央和地方各部门的共同努力下,保护工作取得了长足的进展:建立了较为规范的非物质文化遗产保护体制;完成了非物质文化遗产的普查认定工作;建立了非物质文化遗产四级名录体系;初步形成非物质文化遗产传承机制并在一定程度上实施了非物质文化遗产的空间维护。尽管取得了一系列成就,但也面临专业机构不健全、人才缺乏;理论研究薄弱;现代化保护模式欠缺;民众保护意识淡漠等问题。

An Analysis on the Protection Status of Intangible Cultural Heritage in Inner Mongolia

The protection of intangible cultural heritage in Inner Mongolia has gone through more than a decade. With the joint efforts of the central and local departments, great progress has been made in the protection of the intangible cultural heritage. The work of identifying intangible cultural heritage has been completed. A four-tier intangible cultural heritage list system has been established. The inheritance mechanism of intangible cultural heritage has been preliminarily formed and the space maintenance of intangible cultural heritage has been implemented to some extent. Despite a series of achievements, there are also a series of problems namely weak theoretical research, lack of modern protection mode and people being indifferent to protection.
