竹产品信息系统数据库的建立和信息查询功能设计

THE ESTABLISHMENT OF THE DATABASE ON BAMBOO PRODUCTS AND THE DESIGN OF ITS QUERY

As an important material, bamboo is widely used in industries, including construction,paper marking, handicrafts and daily items. In recent years, there has been an increase in the utilization of bamboo, with the development of the bamboo processing industry. This paper mainly dealt with the establishment of the database on Bamboo products. Based on the thorough investigations, the list of the bamboo products and bamboo processing factories in China had been collected. By means of the computer multimedia information technology, the database system had been set up.With this system, it is easy to look for or scan the variety of bamboo products and their information on the image and text. Meanwhile, the manufacturers in China are also easily found. This paper shows how to collect and analyse the data dealing with bamboo products and also presents how to use SQL language to design the query program in bamboo products information system.
