| 摘 要： | 目的:观察痔舒息洗剂的抗炎、镇痛效果.方法:将实验动物随机分成4组,包括空白对照组、痔舒息洗剂高剂量组和低剂量组、马应龙麝香痔疮膏组.采用二甲苯引起的小鼠耳廓肿胀以及蛋清所致的大鼠足跖肿胀模型,观察抗炎作用;通过热板法及化学刺激法观察镇痛作用.结果:与空白对照组比较,痔舒息洗剂对小鼠耳廓肿胀、大鼠足跖肿胀均有明显的抑制作用,对热传导及化学刺激引起的拟痛反应有明显的镇痛作用.结论:痔舒息洗剂具有良好的抗炎、镇痛功效.

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the anti-inflammatory,analgesic effects of Zhishuxi lotion.Methods:The experimental animals were divided into four groups randomly including control group,Musk hemorrhoids ointment group,Zhishuxi lotion high dose group and Iow dose group.The anti inflammatory effect of Zhishuxi lotion was observed by using the mouse ear inflammation model induced by xylol and the rat sole inflammation model induced by egg white.The analgesic effect of Zhishuxi lotion was tested by observing the mouse's reaction to the pain simulated by heat conduction and chemical stimulus.Results:Compared with control group,Zhishuxi lotion greatly suppressed the swelling of mouse ear induced by xylol and the swelling of rat sole induced by egg white.Zhishuxi lotion relieved the pain stimulated by heat conduction and chemical stimulus.Conclusion:Zhishuxi lotion has strong anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects. |
