| 摘 要： | 王尔德的《道连.格雷画像》既揭露和批判了英国维多利亚时代资产阶级上流社会道德的堕落,又对人们进行了严肃的道德教育;而他提出的“艺术不应受道德的约束”,是他反叛资产阶级时代道德的策略武器。更难能可贵的是,王尔德明知该小说要遭到非议,但他却冒着巨大的风险,将小说展示给人们。他是一位反叛资产阶级上流社会的斗士。

| Abstract: | Oscar Wilde's The Picture of Dorian Gray not only exposes and criticizes the moral corruption of the bourgeois upper class in the Victorian England but also advocates serious moral education.His doctrine "art should not be controlled by morality" is his weapon for criticizing the bourgeoisie morality.It is praiseworthy that though Oscar Wilde clearly knew the consequence of publishing this novel,he bravely faced it.In this sense,he was a brave fighter against the bourgeois upper class. |
