辐射场型压电振子的谐振特性研究

摘    要:介绍了一种新型的辐射式场压电薄膜.采用有限元软件ANSYS建立辐射场螺旋电极振子有限元模型,仿真压电振子的横向振动响应.通过分析振子的谐振响应,获得了螺旋型电极参数对压电振子谐振频率的影响规律.利用阻抗分析仪对辐射场型螺旋电极压电振子的谐振频率进行了实验测试,并与仿真结果进行了对比,两者基本吻合,验证了有限元模型的可靠性.此外,研究结果表明,采用直径较大的PZT,可以明显减低振子的谐振频率,且在相同的激励下,获得的应变较小.

Abstract:A new kind of piezoelectric radial field diaphragm(RFD)is introduced.Harmonic analysis of radial field diaphragm was made by the software ANSYS in detail.Transverse length extension vibration mode was obtained as well as frequency affected by electrode distance.In addition,resonance frequency was researched using impedance analysis instrument.The result came vary closely to the result calculated by FEM.The results also showed that lower resonance frequency and strain of radial field diaphragm was got by sel...
