| 摘 要： | 非常规突发事件由于前兆不充分,具有明显的复杂性特征和潜在的次生衍生危害,而且破坏性严重,采用常规管理方式难以有效应对的突发事件。因其具有强烈的社会危害性,近年来备受学者们关注。互联网作为非常规突发事件信息传播的载体和平台,使信息传播更迅速,也使事件影响力剧增。通过建立指标体系衡量和评价非常规突发事件网络舆情热度,明确舆情涨落的深层次影响因素和内在作用机理,为政府舆情控制、引导、以及预案制定等提供理论依据。

| Abstract: | Because unexpected emergency owns the characteristics of explosive,uncertain evolution and group diffusion,more and more researchers concentrate on and try to solve it.
