不同消毒方法对采血护士手消毒效果的比较

采用现场手消毒效果评价方法对流动采血车上护士手消毒的 6种方法进行了观察 ,以消毒后手上自然菌存活菌数 <10cfu/cm2 为合格。结果 ,使用 75 %乙醇和健乐消毒液擦试消毒法的合格率分别为 85 .5 0 %和 93.33% ;用健乐消毒液纱布擦试法的合格率为 97.5 0 % ;用肥皂流水洗手法的合格率为 86 .6 7% ;用不含消毒剂的普通湿布巾擦试法的合格率为 36 .6 7% ;用复合手消毒法的合格率达到 10 0 %。结果说明 ,街头流动采血车上手消毒采用复合消毒法或健乐消毒液纱布擦试法的消毒效果最可靠

COMPARISON OF EFFICACY OF DIFFERENT DISINFECTION METHODS IN DISINFECTION OF HANDS OF NURSES COLLECTING BLOOD

Method for evaluation of efficacy of field disinfection of hands was used to observe 6 methods of disinfection of hands of nurses on mobile blood-collecting car. The viable natural bacterial count on hand <10 cfu/cm 2 after disinfection was considered as up to standard. The results showed that the eligible rates of methods of disinfection by wiping hands with 75% ethanol and Jian-Le disinfectant solution were 85.50% and 93.33% respectively. The eligible rate of method of wiping with Jian-Le disinfectant solution gauze was 97.50%, that of washing hands with soap and running water was 86.67% and that of wiping hands with ordinary wet towel without disinfectant and with combined hand disinfection method was 36.67% and 100% respectively. The results indicated that the combined disinfection method or wiping hands with Jian-Le disinfectant gauze had most reliable efficacy in disinfection of hands on mobile blood-collecting car.
