长输管道改迁连头“五位一体处置”工艺探索应用

针对近年来长庆油田靖咸输油管道局部频繁迁建所带来的愈发突出的新建管道安全碰口问题与废弃局部管道妥善处置问题,提出了长输管道改迁连头"五位一体处置"工艺。通过带压封堵、密闭收油、投球清管、氮气封存及连头投运五项工艺技术的组合应用,进行了新建局部管道投产与废弃迁建管道处置一体化实施。现场应用结果表明:"带压封堵"保证了碰口处能量有效隔离,动火作业安全性大大提高;"密闭收油"实现了作业管段内留存原油的全密闭回收,达到了环保要求;"投球清管"对迁建废弃管道内残留物进行了有效清理;"氮气封存"对迁建废弃管道内可燃气体进行了有效置换;"连头投运"实现了新建局部管道的高效投产。该应用成果为新建管道的安全连头、废弃管道安全环保隐患的消除提供了新的解决方案,为新建局部管道投产工程提供了新的指导思路。

Exploration and Application of "Five-in-One Disposal" Technology for Relocation Joint of Long-distance Pipeline

In recent years,the frequent partial relocation of the Jingxian oil pipeline in Changqing Oilfield has brought about more and more prominent problems of safe joint of new pipelines and proper disposal of abandoned local pipelines,thus the "five-in-one disposal" process of long-distance pipeline relocation joint is proposed.Through the combined application of five technologies,namely,plugging with pressure,closed oil recovery,pitching pigging,nitrogen sealing and joint commissioning,the application of integrated implementation of new local pipeline production,and abandoned and relocation pipelines disposal has been realized.Field application results show that:"plugging with pressure" ensures the effective isolation of energy at the joint and greatly improves the safety of hot work,"closed oil recovery" realizes the full closed recovery of the remaining crude oil in the operation pipeline section,and the environmental protection requirements are effectively met,"pitching pigging" effectively cleaned up the residues in the abandoned and relocation pipelines,"nitrogen sealing" effectively replaces the combustible gas in the abandoned and relocation pipelines,"joint commissioning" realizes the efficient commissioning of new local pipelines.The application results provide a new solution for the safe connection of new pipelines and the elimination of safety and environmental protection hazards of abandoned pipelines,and provide a new guiding idea for the construction of new local pipelines.abandoned pipelines,and provide a new guiding idea for the construction of new local pipelines.
