油田集输管网腐蚀分析及治理措施优化

摘    要:为有效遏制老油田油水井集输管网腐蚀穿孔泄漏加剧、布局不合理等问题,从运行周期、防腐技术、环境条件、城市规划、更新维护等方面对当前管网生产运行现状进行了适应性评价,深化了CO2腐蚀、冲刷腐蚀、垢下腐蚀、氧腐蚀等微观腐蚀机理研究。从管线材质、防腐工艺、新型内衬配套等方面加强了源头设计优化,明确了干线优选环氧粉末或无溶剂陶瓷颗粒内防腐技术、单井管线采取单根由壬连接内衬管工艺技术、常规管线采用3PE外防腐、稠油热采管线采用黄夹克外防腐保温的技术原则,并运用超声波及射线探伤技术确保施工质量,取得了良好的现场应用效果。同时采取管廊带设计理念合理优化管网布局,密切配合地方经济及社会发展规划,提高了管网安全环保风险管控能力和运行效率。

Abstract:In order to effectively curb the problems of corrosion,perforation,leakage and unreasonable layout of oil and water well gathering and transportation pipeline network in old oilfields,the adaptability evaluation of current pipeline network production and operation status is carried out from the aspects of the operation cycle,anti-corrosion technology,environmental conditions,urban planning,renewal and maintenance,etc.The micro corrosion mechanisms of CO2 corrosion,erosion corrosion,corrosion under scale and oxygen corrosion are further studied.The source design optimization is strengthened from the aspects of pipeline material,anti-corrosion process,new lining matching,etc.The technical principles of selecting epoxy powder or solvent-free ceramic particles as internal anti-corrosion technology for trunk lines,adopting single union connecting inner lining pipe for single well pipelines technology,adopting 3PE external anti-corrosion technology for conventional pipelines,and adopting yellow jacket external anti-corrosion and insulation technology for heavy oil thermal recovery pipelines are clarified.And,ultrasonic and radiographic inspection techniques are used to ensure the construction quality,which has achieved good field application effect.At the same time,the design concept of pipeline corridors is adopted to optimize the layout of the pipeline network,and the local economic and social development plan is closely coordinated to improve the safety and environmental protection risk control ability and operation efficiency of the pipeline network.
