| Abstract: | Nowadays science and technology policy has become the basal public policy in constructing strong country in science and technology for lots of countries, especially for some developed countries,such as America, Japan, and so on. This paper analyses it from four aspects, such as country strategy inducting the industries' development, country policy accelerating the industries' development, making full use of pursuing knowledge and technology innovation, paying attention to cultivate and attract excellence person with ability. |
