肿瘤化疗患者PICC导管的护理及安全管理

目的:为肿瘤化疗患者推广使用经外周置入中心静脉通道,以确保全程、大剂量静脉化疗药物顺利进入体内达到治疗效果,建立护理安全管理措施。方法:实施安全使用的认知、操作、维护、出院教育等各项安全管理措施,对109例化疗患者通过外周中心静脉导管(PICC)静脉化疗进行回顾分析。结果:109例患者均顺利通过PICC置管完成治疗。结论:安全管理措施的建立与实施,保证了PICC使用的有效率和化疗效果,提高了护理质量,减轻了患者痛苦。

Nursing care and safety management for chemotherapy patients with PICC

Objective：To promote the peripherally inserted central venous catheter for chemotherapy patients,and ensure the full,high-dose chemotherapy drugs into the body to achieve the effect of chemotherapy,which will give us some information on establishing care and safety measures.Methods：By cognitive approach for the safe use,operation,maintenance,hospital discharge education and other safety measures,the 109 cases of patients treated with chemotherapy through the peripherally inserted central venous catheter（PICC） were retrospectively analyzed.Results： The 109 patients were successfully completed treatment with chemotherapy through the PICC.Conclusion：Establishment and implementation of the safety measures can ensure the PICC useful efficiency and the effect of chemotherapy,and improve the quality of care,and alleviate the suffering for chemotherapy patients.
