| 摘 要： | 目的:观察S-腺苷蛋氨酸治疗慢性乙型病毒性肝炎的疗效。方法:回顾性分析98例慢性乙型病毒性肝炎患者使用S-腺苷蛋氨酸治疗的临床资料,观察比较其改善患者血清胆红素水平的效果。结果:与对照组比较,使用S-腺苷蛋氨酸治疗组(1.0g.d-1)对慢性乙型病毒性肝炎重度患者疗效较好;思美泰2.0g.d-1组黄疸下降幅度较1.0g.d-1组明显(P<0.05)。结论:S-腺苷蛋氨酸可有效降低慢性乙型病毒性肝炎重度患者血清胆红素水平。

| Abstract: | Objective： To compare the clinical efficacy of S-adenomethionine on the treatment of Chronic Hepatitis B.Methods： 98 cases of Chronic Hepatitis B were retrospectively analysed.The change of TBIL level with S-adenomethionine in different dosages were also detected.Results： Use of S-adenosylmethionine treatment group（1.0） in patients with severe chronic hepatitis B has better effect and patients with liver failure had no effect on serum bilirubin level compared with the control group.The TBIL levels in hyperbilirubinemai treating with 2.0 g/d of S-adenomethionine declined to 1.0 g/d（P0.05） in the treatment of Severe chronic hepatitis.Conclusions： S-adenomethionine can effectively reduce serum bilirubin level in patients with severe chronic hepatitis B. |
