我国输电线路钢管塔制造技术现状综述

摘    要:随着输电线路输送容量及电压等级不断提高,杆塔荷载和塔重不断增大,设计采用高强钢、大规格角钢,钢管塔具有相对技术、经济优势.介绍我国输电线路钢管塔技术标准、技术装备、加工技术、焊接技术、监造技术现状等方面的情况,并着重从钢管塔技术标准方面与日本标准进行了对比分析,结果表明:我国钢管塔制造技术水平达到世界先进水平.

Abstract:It has been showed that there are technical and economical advantages by using high strength steel, large size angle steel and steel tubular tower as load and weight of tower is increasing continuously and transmission capacity and voltage of transmission lines is rising. It was introduced in detail that technical standards of transmission line steel tubular tower, technical equipment, processing technology, welding technology, monitoring technology and comparison technical standards of transmission line steel tubular tower with Japanese standard in the paper. The results show that current level of steel tower manufacturing technology has reached the world advanced level.
