摘    要:Fas(CD95)属于肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)和神经生长因子(NGF)受体超家族成员,它在多种细胞表面均有表达。Fas与其天然配体结合可引起表达Fas的细胞凋亡。在多种肿瘤细胞出现Fas表达下调和Fas配体(FasL)表达上调的现象,这与清除肿瘤浸润性淋巴细胞和抑制抗肿瘤免疫反应有关,参与了肿瘤的免疫逃逸。而且,特殊的肿瘤微环境也参与了肿瘤的进展和转移。通过各种药物或基因转染的方法可恢复Fas-FasL介导的肿瘤细胞凋亡,为肿瘤治疗开辟了广阔的前景。

Abstract:Fas (CD95) belongs to the supperfamily members of tumor necrosis factor (TNF) and nerve growth factor (NGF) receptor,which is expressed in many kinds of cells′ surface.Fas can resulting in the apoptosis of fas-expressing cell by binding to its natural ligand.Down -regulation of fas expression and up-regulation of Fasl expression can be found in many tumor cells,which is related to the clearance of tumor infiltrating lymphocyte and the inhibition of anti-tumor immunity and participate in the immune escape of tumor.The special tumor microenvironment also takes part in the development and metastasis of tumor.we can revive the tumor cell apoptosis mediated by Fas-FasL by using drugs and gene transfection to develop a wide prospect for tumor treatment.
