摘    要:解决电力工业用水问题对缓解我国水资源供需紧张状况有着重大的作用。文章简述了电力工业发展受水资源短缺严重制约的现状,提出建议:在我国内陆严重缺水地区,可以因地制宜发展空冷火力发电机组;而地处我国东部沿海地区,应充分利用其海水资源丰富的优势,大力发展热电结合海水淡化技术。这不仅可以解决火力发电厂自身的淡水供应问题,而且还可以将耗水大户的火电厂转化成为淡水供应基地,对沿海地区经济的快速发展将发挥积极作用。此外,还简单介绍了国产多级闪蒸海水淡化装置的开发研制。

Abstract:Sea water desalination plays a significant role in relaxing the contradiction between the supply and demand of water in the coastal power plants. Summarizing the situation of the serious restriction to the development of power industry,the paper puts forward a proposal of taking suit measures to local conditions,in the interior of China,it is necessary to develop the air cooled thermal power plants in order to reduce as much as the fresh water consumption, and on coastal region it is reasonal to develop cogeneration plants combining with the sea water desalination to change the power plant from a big consumer of fresh water into the a base of fresh water producer. Consequently it will accelerate the economy development in those regions.A brief introduction to the nation-made MSF system of sea water desalination and also included in the paper.
