CD44_(v6)和PCNA在大肠癌中的表达及其临床意义

目的　研究CD44v6和PCNA与大肠癌临床病理特征间的关系 ,初步探讨大肠癌转移能力和增殖能力之间有无内在联系。方法　应用免疫组化SABC法研究 6 5例大肠癌原发灶和淋巴结中CD44v6和PCNA的蛋白表达。结果　在 6 5例大肠癌中 ,CD44v6在有癌转移组的阳性表达率显著高于无癌转移组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,PCNA高表达率在有癌转移组显著高于无癌转移组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;CD44v6和PCNA的表达无相关关系 (rs′=0 .5 2 9,P >0 .0 5 )。在 3 1例淋巴结癌转移的病例中 ,CD44v6、PCNA在原发灶和淋巴结中的表达均显著相关 (均P <0 .0 5 )。结论　CD44v6可作为判断大肠癌转移的一个生物学指标 ,PCNA可作为判断大肠癌恶性程度的一个生物学指标。二者的表达无相关关系 ,提示大肠癌的转移能力可能并不与增殖能力相一致。

Expression of CD44v6 and PCNA protein in colorectal carcinoma

Objective To study the relationship between expressions of CD44 v6 and PCNA proteins and clinical pathological factors of colorectal carcinoma(CRC). Methods Expressions of CD44 v6 and PCNA proteins were detected with immunohistochemistry in 65 cases of CRC.Results The positive rate of CD44 v6 in the metastasis group was significantly higher than that in the non-metastasis group( P <0.05),and the high expression frequency of PCNA in patients with metastasis was also higher than that in patients with non-metastasis( P <0.05).There was no positive correlation between the two protein expressions( r s′=0.529, P >0.05).In 31 cases of CRC with lymph node (LN) metastasis,CD44 v6 expression in LN and primary carcinoma had significant correlationship( P <0.05) and so did PCNA.Conclusion CD44 v6 may be an important marker in estimating neoplasm metastasis.PCNA may be a significant marker in estimating neoplasm malignant degree.CD44 v6 and PCNA in CRC have no correlationship.
