| Abstract: | The developing history present condition,achievements,and existential problems of the alkaline straw pulp in China are introduced. Pulp and paper industry are prosented in this poper. It shows that making further advances on alkaline straw pulp has profound practical and strategic significance in the development of Chinese pulp and paper industry. The guiding ideology, strategic target and tactics of developing alkaline straw pulp are put forward in this paper. |
