感应加热系统的远程控制技术的研究

摘    要:以LF2407为核心构成了一个感应加热电源的控制系统.为了控制更加方便,引入GSM网络的SMS短消息功能实现远程控制.以TC35I无线终端模块作为收发器与远程用户进行通信,DSP控制器和TC35I以串口作为信息通道.控制器一方面对收到的指令信息进行分析处理,负责回送信息的编码和发送,同时还要控制加热系统的正常运行.系统结构简单,控制方便,易于大范围推广.

Research of the Remote Control Technology for Induction Heating System
Abstract:This example constituted an induction heating power source control system with the LF2407 as a core.In order to control conveniently, Introduced the SMS short message function of GSM network to achieve the long-distance controlling,use the TC351 wireless terminating module as the receiver and transmitter to communicate with the remote user.DSP controller contacts with TC351 by message channel composed of serial ports.One side the controller analyses and processes the received induction message,encodes and sends the backing message;in the other side,it had to response for the natural operation of the heating system.The whole system is simply constructed and can be control conveniently,easily to be massive promote.
