摘    要:以BA-1102裂解炉为例,解析了齐鲁股份有限公司乙烯新区裂解炉自投用以来出现的制约安全、平稳、高负 荷生产的瓶颈问题,例如裂解炉原料偏流、排烟温度高、对流段炉管泄漏、底部火焰偏烧炉管等。裂解炉燃料结构不合 理、原料质量差是导致诸多问题的根本原因,并提出了具体的解决措施。

Abstract:A specific steam cracking furnace in Qilu new ethylene plant was taken as a showcase to be analyzed for its issues occurred after start-up. Uneven distribution of feed oil into furnace coils,high fuel gas temperature, leakage of convection coil, and bottom burners uneven combustion etc now became hurdles and bottleneck of safe, smooth, high loading manufacturing of ethylene. Fuel oil structure and feedstock oil quality were key problems to be struggled against. Effective measures had been taken.
