摘    要:目的制备新型载Bi2S3液态氟碳纳米粒,观察其特性及其体外多功能显影效果。方法采用旋转蒸发法制备载Bi2S3液态氟碳纳米粒(Bi2S3-PFH),检测其理化性质。对不同浓度Bi2S3-PFH纳米粒进行超声显像,并观察经低强度聚焦超声(LIFU)仪器辐照后的图像变化。对不同浓度Bi2S3-PFH纳米粒进行CT显像。结果 Bi2S3-PFH为棕色混悬液;显微镜下呈球形,平均粒径为(487.2±14.5)nm,Zeta电位为-(18.8±1.6)mV;随着纳米粒浓度的增加,体外超声信号强度增强,且经LIFU辐照后回声强度进一步增强。体外CT值呈明显的浓度依赖性增高。结论成功制备的新型载Bi2S3液态氟碳纳米粒可用于体外超声、CT显影。

Abstract:Objective To prepare a new perfluorohexane-encapsulated bismuth sulfide nanoparticles(Bi2S3-PFH)and observe its physical characteristics and multifunctional imaging in vitro.Methods Bi2S3-PFH nanoparticles were prepared by vacuum rotary evaporation.Physical and chemical properties were assessed.The ultrasound imaging were observed in vitro after using low intensity focused ultrasound(LIFU),and the CT examination was also performed in different concentrations of Bi2S3-PFH.Results Bi2S3-PFH nanoparticles was brown suspension in appearance,it is spherical,with average particle size was(487.2±14.5)nm and potential was-(18.8±1.6)mV.The ultrasonic signal intensity enhanced with Bi2S3-PFH concentration increased in vitro,and the ultrasonic signal intensity also enhanced after using LIFU.CT value increased depend on concentrations in vitro.Conclusion A new multifunctional contrast agents perfluorohexane-encapsulated bismuth sulfide nanoparticles is successfully prepared which can use in ultrasound,CT imaging in vitro.
