2005～2006年我院药品不良反应报告比较分析

目的比较分析2005-2006年我院药品不良反应（ADR）发生特点及相关因素，为临床合理用药提供参考。方法对我院2005-2006年共209例ADR报告作比较分析。结果ADR发生年龄分布50岁以上的老年人2005年占41.06%，2006年占28.75%;抗感染药物引起的ADR 2006年（占72.54%）比2005年（占39.29%）有较大增长，均列首位;中药制剂引起的ADR 2006年（占7.19%）比2005年（占28.57%）有所降低;ADR发生的首位给药途径2005年为口服给药，2006年为静脉给药;ADR临床表现两年均以过敏反应列于首位。结论加强ADR监测工作，促进临床合理用药。

Comparative Analysis of Adverse Drug Reaction in our Hospital during the Period of 2005-2006

OBJECTIVE To comparative analyses the characteristics and the related factors of adverse drug reaction(ADR) occurred in our hospital during the period of 2005~2006,and provide reference for clinical administration.METHODS Comparative analyses the reports of 209 cases of ADR occurred in our hospital during the period of 2005-2006.RESULTS ADR incidence occupied 41.06% in the age distribution above 50 in 2005,and was higher than 28.75% in 2006;the ADR caused by antibiotic drugs occupied 72.54% in 2006 was higher than 39.29% in 2005,and arranged in the top;the ADR caused by traditional Chinese medicine in 2006 year occupied 7.19% was reduced than 28.57% in 2005;the top of ADR caused by administration route was oral in oral,and vein in 2006;the tops of ADR in clinical response were allergic reaction.CONCLUSION We should strengthen ADR monitor,the clinical pharmacist may play the comparative role,thus promote rational use in clinic,and reduce the incidence rate of ADR.
