大型水轮发电机定子温升计算研究

摘    要:在水轮发电机的设计过程中,温升计算是设计的主要内容之一,它直接关系到电机的出力、效率等性能指标,同时也影响到电机的使用寿命和运行的可靠性。准确的温升计算不仅是制造厂家多年来寻找的目标,也是电机运行部门关注的重要问题之一。因此,对电机内部温升计算方法的研究是十分必要的。以向家坝大型水轮发电机为算例,分别应用网络法和温度场的计算方法计算定子温升,两种方法计算结果基本吻合。

Abstract:The calculation of temperature rise is one of the main content in designing hydrogenerator. It relates directly to the performance indexes of motor such as output and efficiency, and influences operation life and reliability of the motor. An accurate temperature-rise calculation is not only an aim for all manufacturers, but also one of the important issues for mo- tor operation departments. Thus, it is very necessary to research an accurate and feasible meth- od for temperature-rise calculation. In this paper, Xiangjiaba large hydrogenerator is taken as an example to respectively calculate stator temperature rises by network method and temperature field method. The results basically agree with each other.
