Discussion on the Telecom Operating Enterprises Planning in the New Circumstances

With the development of 3G and the coming national broadband strategies, the applications of mobile broadband internet, network convergence, the Internet of things and cloud computing are growing deeply day by day. The developing modes of telecom operators are changing unprecedentedly. This paper, by analyzing the telecom operators＇ planning which plays important roles, does research changes which adapt to new demands, analyzes and seizes the changes in planning in order to let telecom operators to keep the initiative during arranging business development, customer service, network development and business administration to make the telecom operating enterprises maintain sustainable development. In the end, it discusses the details of customer service planning under the new situation.
